Welcome to the Michigan Early On Center for Higher Education
We are Michigan’s pre-service initiative to support the development of highly qualified early intervention personnel to work with infants and toddlers, birth to three with disabilities and/or special needs, and their families. Our primary focus is to support faculty at two and four year colleges and universities who are preparing students who will work in early childhood intervention.
As an Innovative project of Clinton County RESA, the Early On Center for Higher Education works closely with its sister project, Early On Training and Technical Assistanceto provide resources, modules, learning tools, and a dedicated website Early On Center on topics related to early childhood intervention. The Center sponsors an annual colloquium for faculty in higher education.
An Advisory Group of faculty, parents, providers, and other key stakeholders provides ongoing guidance and support to the work of the Early On Center for Higher Education.
